Having had the pleasure of being seen by both Urvi and Lauren I would have no qualms in recommending the practice. Both ladies are extremely knowledgeable and are always very pleasant and the care they provide is faultless.

I see Urvi on a weekly basis and although my situation will never be cured completely (spinal injury) being cracked into place once a week helps loosen everything up and makes the rest of the week that bit more bearable.

Thank you both. See you next week :-)

My first visit to Urvi was eighteen months ago and, of course, I was in pain.

Urvi helped me to get my back to a level where I can now maintain it with her help. She is alway there, in her treatment room or on the phone, for those moments when it flares up and can talk me through what to do.

Urvi now has a fantastic knowledge of my back which means she knows exactly how it will react and what it can tolerate when I have those flare up moments.

I would totoally recommend Urvi to anyone.

Thank you Urvi for everything that you have done and are still doing for me.

I was recommended to Urvi by my father after she managed to solve all of his problems. I damaged my lower back/hip/pelvis whilst at work, couldn't walk and was in extreme agony. Two weeks on and i'm so much better. If it wasn't for Urvi i'd still be struggling to walk and now i'm hopeful to return back to work. She is a star, she talks to you in ways which we can understand (no medical jargon) and the treatment and care is 5*. I'd recommend her to anyone with any problems. THANK YOU URVI!

I would definitely recommend Urvi and the treatment she gives. She is a very professional, knowledgeable and caring osteopath. I stupidly fell down some steps and severely strained my shoulder she has done wonders in repairing it and in spite of the pain I thoroughly enjoy my 3/4 of an hour in her care. She has also diagnosed and treated my dodgy pelvis which sometimes gives me leg and back pain. Thank you Urvi

Finding a good Osteopath is hit and miss other than by recommendation, so even though you (the reader of this testimonial)don't know me personally, I can assure you of my trustworthiness, honesty and integrity.
Urvi is a professional. She knows what she is doing and she knows her subject... she is an expert.
More than that she is a genuinely lovely person.

I first met Urvi when i booked an emergency appointment . She made me feel relaxed and comfortable and treated my stiff/stuck neck and shoulder problem and quickly set about putting me on a exercises to help prevent this.

Urvi then moved her practice from Essex to Kent and i decided to stay with her the 45 min journey is worth it when you have built up trust in someone who diagnose and treats my ailments in a friendly and professional manner . Anyone who is after an osteopath who knows their stuff i would highly recommend Urvi .

I was recommended to Urvi after having a back problem. She explains the problems and is very professional. The first time I went to see her I was in a lot of pain and the next day it was easier. She gave me some exercises and would recommend her to anyone.

I first met Urvi at stanford, best days work i ever done. I'm a Golfer,so i get all sorts of problems, mainly with my back.If my back is bad, i pull my shots all over the place. After treatment by Urvi, and doing what she tells me to do, i play Golf and i play my best golf. I recommend Urvi to any golfers out there, she is briliant. Don't know what i would do without her. Thanks Urvi.

I have suffered with my back on and off for the past 30 years, and recently had a severe re-occurrence of the problem. I decided to see Urvi for the first time.
As I am now 65, I am obviously aware that the crux of the problem is normal wear and tear. On the first visit she was honest and the treatment and advice she gave alleviated the problem immediately. I see her regularly now and my back continues to improve. Also she is always available to give advice between visits.Iwould recommend her to anyone. Very caring and professional.

Like a number of other patients I became a client by default when Chris Bancroft headed off to Australia with his wife and new baby so I was wondering who would fill his shoes when it came to fixing my aching bones. Along comes smiling Urvi and I thought “Hmm…. not sure if she’ll be able to manipulate things back into place like Chris did”. Well it’s been nearly a year and I can’t thank Urvi enough for all that’s she done to keep my body as pain free as possible and in fact improve things even though the aging process hasn’t been kind to my condition. I won’t go into great detail but having a history of spinal problems from the age of 16, I was always nervous about letting someone new ‘click’ my back. My worries were short lived as soon I realised Urvi had a natural ability when it came to dealing with conditions related to bones, muscles, ligaments and the general skeleton structure. Intuitively she knows what’s best and ALL of my pains have been swiftly eased without the need for more aggressive techniques as used by some Osteopaths. Over the past 20 years I have been under 3 Osteopaths and although Urvi is the youngest and least experienced in terms of years, I can honestly say she has helped me the most. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services to anyone whether it be a one off session or a programme of ongoing treatments.
